I’m Perry Ramen, Project Director of EASY-REWARD, and I’m here to support you on your journey to quit smoking — for good.

I was a heavy smoker for 32 years. Like many, I tried to quit multiple times using different methods, but nothing seemed to stick. The struggle was real, and quitting on my own felt overwhelming. But through those experiences, I learned a lot — not just about smoking, but about what it truly takes to break free from addiction.

After years of studying, experimenting, and testing every method I could find, I realized what I needed wasn’t just another tip or trick — I needed a clear, robust, and comprehensive system. That’s when I began developing the EASY-REWARD system, initially just for myself.

And it worked.

EASY-REWARD is the result of extensive research, personal testing, and lived experience. It brings together a proven approach, robust methodologies, effective strategies, practical techniques, and guiding principles — all designed to help you quit smoking and stay smoke-free.

I am the Executive Director of Operations at ERGN, a program dedicated to helping people break free from smoking and build a healthier, smoke-free life.

As a former smoker myself, I understand the challenges, frustrations, and doubts that often come with trying to quit. Thanks to the EASY-REWARD system, I was able to stop smoking and reclaim my freedom from tobacco.

Today, my mission is to help light the way for others who are ready to make the same positive change. I want to encourage and support every smoker who is looking for a practical and sustainable path to becoming a non-smoker.
