4. Your EASY-REWARD Project

No matter your age or the doubts you may have today, dare to pursue your dreams!

Don’t let anything or anyone—especially yourself—tell you that you’re not capable of achieving great things and successfully carrying a project through to the end.

Approach

It can be tough to stop smoking abruptly; on the other hand, you learn to stop gradually, then completely, through the Easy-Reward Guide.

You learn about the drawbacks of smoking and its impact on your health, finances, and overall well-being. You begin to see clearly how it affects not just your body, but your finances, your energy, your confidence, your freedom, and the quality of your daily life.

You learn to recognise the urge before it takes hold, to accept discomfort instead of fighting or escaping it.

You learn how your habits formed, what triggers them, and how to gently break their grip. You learn that quitting isn’t simply about removing a cigarette from your hand, but about reshaping routines, thoughts, and reactions that once made smoking feel necessary.

You learn how to master and control your smoking urges — not by fighting them with force, but by understanding them, weakening them, and letting them pass without giving in. Each time you resist, you build confidence, proving to yourself that the urge does not control you.

You learn new ways to cope — to handle stress, celebration, boredom, even silence — without reaching for something that once defined those moments.

You learn patience, because the process isn’t instant. It’s a series of small, deliberate choices made again and again, especially when it’s hardest.

And most importantly, you learn that stopping isn’t an act of loss — it’s an act of gaining control, awareness, and a stronger version of yourself.

Basically, by going through the Easy-Reward course, you learn to become a non-smoker before you stop smoking completely — so that when you do stop, it no longer feels like something is missing, but like something powerful has been reclaimed.

Process

The diagram below illustrates the stages from non-smoker to smoker to happy, healthy, and wealthy non-smoker again.

There are 2 Phases to your project: the Preparation Phase and the Transition Phase

  • In the Preparation Phase, you prepare yourself to stop smoking.
  • In the Transition Phases, you smoke your last cigarette and perform the daily post-quit exercises to prevent any relapse until you become a confirmed non-smoker.

Take a moment to understand the project’s concept and the phases mentioned above.

  1. Once you are ready, start and execute chapter 5 – Preparation Phase
  2. Once you have completed your Preparation Phase and you are ready to quit smoking, execute your Transition Phase.
  3. You will stop smoking at chapter 17 – Transition Phase (Your Last Cigarette)
  4. The exercises in chapter 20 – Transition Phase (Day 2 to Day 31) will guarantee your success as a non-smoker.
  5. You will deserve your well-merited EASY-REWARD Ambassador Certificate once you have been a non-smoker for 31 days.
